初秋的北京，天高云淡，万物丰收的喜悦正在酝酿。时隔6年，中非领导人再度聚首北京，中非大家庭迎来又一次友谊与合作的盛会，中非合作论坛北京峰会如期而至。

African and Chinese leaders once again gathered in Beijing for the 2024 Summit of the Forum on China-Africa Cooperation (FOCAC) from Sept 4 to 6, marking another grand event of friendship and collaboration between China and Africa. 

尽管远隔万里，但无法阻挡中非人民之间的深厚情感和密切合作。风雨同舟的好朋友、休戚与共的好伙伴、肝胆相照的好兄弟，中非关系为什么好？中非友谊为什么深？

The deep emotional bond and close cooperation between the people of China and Africa remain unshaken despite being thousands of miles apart. Why are China-Africa relations so tight? Why is the friendship between China and Africa so profound? 

答案是，真实亲诚。这里有4个跟浙江相关的中非故事。（后文仅截取张昌锋片段）

The answer lies in the principles of sincerity, real results, amity, and good faith. Here are four China-Africa stories connected to Zhejiang. 

在马里首都巴马科，由中国援建的马里医院，受到当地人的称赞。那条连接马里医院和医疗队驻地的路，由浙江援建，被称为“浙江大道”。第29批援马里中国医疗队的23名医生已经在那里驻扎了9个多月。在医疗资源极度匮乏的情况下，医疗队治愈了一例又一例病患。虽然远离家乡和亲人，来自绍兴市人民医院的张昌锋却觉得“在这里的每一天都有意义”，他的援非日记记录了中非人民的真情故事。

In the Malian capital, Bamako, the hospital built with assistance from China has earned the praise of the local people. The road connecting the hospital and the medical team's residence was built with assistance from Zhejiang province and is known as "Zhejiang Avenue". The 29th batch of the Chinese medical aid team, consisting of 23 doctors, has been stationed there for over nine months. 

The team has successfully treated one patient after another in the face of extreme scarcity of medical resources. Despite being far from home and family, Zhang Changfeng, a doctor from Shaoxing People’s Hospital, believes that “every day here is meaningful”. His African aid diary has recorded many heartwarming stories of the true friendship between the people of China and Africa. 

中国援外医疗队从1963年就走进非洲并驻守至今，和非洲人民一起抗击埃博拉、新冠、疟疾等疫情。和张昌锋一样，中国援非医疗队的每一名医生，都以实际行动诠释着中非命运共同体的深刻内涵，用真心换来了真心。 

Chinese medical aid teams first arrived in Africa in 1963 and have remained ever since, standing alongside African people in the fight against diseases such as Ebola, COVID-19, and malaria. Every doctor like Zhang Changfeng on the Chinese medical teams in Africa embodies the profound essence of the China-Africa community with shared future through their actions, earning trust through sincerity and dedication.
